AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING OFF -SITE PARKING WITH
RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
631 DEERFIELD ROAD, DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, EDWARD TANELIAN has petitioned for authorization
under the provisions of Section XVI,F,3 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, to utilize
certain premises for off - street parking purposes to serve his property,
commonly known as 631 Deerfield Road; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published, as required by
statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted
by the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has filed with the President
and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of
ONE: the Plan Commission are hereby concurred in and
adopted by the President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION That Petitioner is hereby authorized to utilize
TWO: the premises legally described and identified as
Parcel 1 on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, for
off - street parking purposes to serve the premises commonly known as
631 Deerfield Road and legally described and identified as Parcel 2
on attached Exhibit A.
SECTION That the authorization hereby granted is subject
THREE: to Petitioner filing with the Village Clerk a
covenant in accordance with the provisions of Section XVI,F,6 of
the Village Zoning Ordinance and subject also to compliance by
Petitioner with all other applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance
and all other applicable ordinances of the Village.
