AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20
ONE: of the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
amended, is hereby further amended by adding to the list of locations
where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited at any time
as set forth in said section the following:
On Waukegan Road (Route 43) on either side, from
the intersection thereof with Lake -Cook (County
Line) Road southerly to the corporate limits of
the Village
On Lake -Cook (County Line) Road on either side
from Waukegan Road westerly to the Chicago, Milwaukee and
St. PauldGx sdoem Railroad right -of -way
SECTION That the Village manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted an appropriate sign or signs indicating
that parking is prohibited at any time in the areas designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
THREE: conflict herewith, are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FIVE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
