AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING
RESTRICTIONS ON NORTH AVENUE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby'
further amended by adding to the list of
locations where parking is prohibited at any time, as set forth in
said section, the following:
"On the North side and on the South side of
North Avenue, from its intersection with
Portage Pass Easterly to. its termination at�th,e
Middle Fork;:,-:-.Na th. Rrantch of the Chicago
River."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be
TWO: posted an appropriate sign indicating that
parking is prohibited at any time in the area
designated in Section One hereof.
SECTION All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
FOUR: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as p_rQ.v14e&C by law.
