AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FIRE
LANES AT DEERFIELD HI "GH SCHOOL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS: '
SECTION That Section 20.518, entitled "Fire Lanes"
ONE: of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code of
Deerfield of 1963, as amended be and it
is hereby further amended by adding the following:
"20.518' FIRE LANES
(a) The following locations are hereby
designated as Fire Lanes:
1. Deerfield High School - Circle Drive,
on the South side thereof throughout its
length from its intersection with Waukegan
Road, East and Southeasterly to the end
thereof, a distance of 1047 feet; and on the
North side thereof, from the gymnasium
entrance East and South, a distance of
415 feet. Said area shall be painted yellow."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to
TWO: be posted an appropriate sign indicating
that the area designated in Section One
hereof is a Fire Lane.

That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.
That the Village Clerk is hereby directed
