AN ORDINANCE AMEINDING AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A
VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE VILLAGE
ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 956 DEERFIELD ROAD, DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1963, the President and Board of
Trustees did adopt a certain Ordinance granting a variation from
the provisions of the Village Zoning Ordinance with respect to the
property located at 956 Deerfield Road, Deerfield, Illinois, a copy
of which Ordinance is attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, MRS. MARCELLA (BENDENELLI) BRUEGGEMAN'has petitioned
for additional relief from the terms and conditions of the variation
heretofore granted by said Ordinance of January 7, 1963; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required
by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted
by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeais.has filed with
the President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact
and recommendations.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation
ONE: of the 'Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby
concurred in and adopted as the findings of
.fact of the President and Board of Trustees.
SECTION That said Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield
TWO: dated January 7, 1963, and granting a certain
variation from the provisions of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village with respect to the property located at
956 Deerfield Road, be and the. same is hereby amended by striking
and deleting the last sentence thereof in its entirety.
