AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF
CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article V of Chapter 20 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of the Village of Deerfield, of 1963, as
amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended so that the Section thereof entitled "Abandoned Vehicles"
as enacted,by Ordinance No. 0 -64 -3, be and the same is hereby
designated as Section 20.517 and the Section of Article V entitled
"Fire lanes ", as enacted by Ordinance No. 0- 69 -18, be and the same
is hereby designated as Section 20.518.
`SECTION, _ That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith, shall, to the extent of
such conflict, be hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
