.BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTI ES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
ONE: amended, be and is hereby further amended by
deleting Section 23.105a in
inserting in place thereof the following:
