AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS Published in pamphlet form this 2nd day of March A.D.) 1970, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield ORDINANCE NO. 0 -70-9 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield, pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the request of the holder of record title of certain property to rezone and reclassify said property, which is hereafter described, from the R -6 Two- Family District to the B -2 Central Business District; and WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended.that the President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village so as to rezone and reclassify the said property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE: OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of Deerfield ONE: included and made a part of the Village of Deerfield Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is hereby further amended by rezoning and reclassifying the.following described property from the R -6 Two - Family District to the B -2 Central Business District: Lot 1 in Block 5 in Hall and Osterman's addition to the Town of Deerfield, Illinois, according to.the Plat thereof, June 2, 1874, in Book A of.Plats, page 16 also that part of Lot 19 in owner's first addition to Deerfield, said addition being a subdivision of part of the North 2 of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the aforesaid Lot 1 in Block 5, said Southwest corner being 20 feet South of the Southeast corner of Woodman's re- subdivision of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in Block 5 and Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 4 of aforesaid Hall and Osterman's addition; thence South 15 degrees 46 min- utes-East 52 feet; thence East 66 feet to the most south- erly Southwest corner of said Lot 1 in Block 5 in Hall and ,J v Osterman's addition; thence North 13 minutes West 50 feet along the boundary of said Lot 1 in Block 5; thence West along the boundary line of said Lot 1 in Block 5, 80 feet to the place of beginning in Lake County, Illinois, said property commonly known as 524 Waukegan Road and 613 Central Avenue.
