AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING
RESTRICTIONS ON DEERFIELD ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of the Municipal Code of
ONE. Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding to the list of locations where
parking is prohibited at any.time, as set forth in said section, the
following:
"On the North side of Deerfield Road from the West right -
of -way line of Petersen Lane westerly for a distance of
138 feet.
"On the South side of Deerfield Road from the West right -
of -way line of Hoffman Lane westerly for a distance of
40 feet."
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign indicating that parking is pro-
hibited at any time in the area designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith are, to the extent of such conflict,hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
