AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20 of
ONE: the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
is hereby further amended by adding to the list of
locations where the standing and parking of vehicles is prohibited
at any time as set forth in said section the following:
On Waukegan Road (Route 43) on either side, from the
intersection thereof with Central Avenue to the inter-
section with Lake -Cook (County Line) Road.
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign or signs indicating that park-
ing is prohibited at any time in the areas designated
in Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
