O-69-49+ ORDINANCE NO. 0 -69- 49 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3,6,0 COUNTY LINE ROAD ,(;P ) DEERFIELD,. ILLINOIS WHEREAS, FEDERAL SIGN AND SIGNAL CORPORATION has petitioned for a variation from the strict provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended; and WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President and Board of Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations. HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF-DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation of ONE: the Zoning Board of Appeals are hereby concurred in and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees. SECTION That there are practical difficulties and TWO: particular hardship in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property which is legally described as follows: The East 50.0 feet of that part of the Southeast l/4 of Section 33, township 43 North, Range 12 East of ° the Third Principal Meridian, lying west of a line 200.0 feet East of and parallel with the West line of said Southeast 1/4 and Southerly of a line drawn from a point on the West line of said Southeast 1/4 r I I 126.65 feet (128.44 meas.) North of the Southwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 to a point in the center line of Waukegan Road 450.0 feet Northwesterly of the intersection of said center line of Waukegan Road with said South line of the Southeast 1/4, in Lake County, Illinois, commonly known as Parcel A of 360 County Line Road. SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions THREE: of Section XVII, B -1 -b of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended with respect to the property hereinabove described, is hereby granted so as to permit the erection of a free - standing sign 1 foot 8 inches (1'8 ") from the front lot line in the required front yard in accordance with the plans presented and filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals. SECTION That the variation hereby granted is subject to FOUR: compliance by Petitioner with all other appli- cable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable ordinances of the Village. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and FIVE: effect from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
