ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 10
OF THE-MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD f
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 10.503 of Article V of Chapter
ONE: 10 of the-Municipal Code of Deerfield of
1963, as amended, be and the same is hereby
further amended by striking said section in its entirety and
substituting in lieu thereof the following:
SO.S.dB Maps - approval plats.) No map or plat of any
subdivision presented for record affecting land within
the corporate limits of the Village and in the terri-
tory contiguous thereto not more than one and one -half
miles distant, and not included in any city, village or
incorporated town, after the adoption of the official
plan, be entitled to record or shall be valid unless
the subdivision thereon shown shall provide for sereets,
alleys and public grounds in conformity with any require-
ments applicable thereto of such official plan.
SECTION That all ordinances and parts,of ordinances
TWO: in conflict herewith,'are, to the extent of
such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
THREE and effect from and after its passage and
approval, as provided by law.
