RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE
COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF
THE IMPROVEMENT COVERED BY
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 107
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS:
1. This Board finds as follows:
A. The construction of the local improvement consisting
of the construction of sanitary sewers, water mains, a drainage system
and sanitary and water services to portions of Gordon Terrace, Laurel
Avenue, Rosewood Avenue, Wilmot Road, Kenmore Avenue, Willow Avenue,
Birchwood Avenue, Fairview Avenue and County Line Road, for which
Special Assessment No. 107 was levied, has been completed in substan-
tial compliance with the ordinance therefor.
B. The amount assessed for and the cost of the said
improvement, the estimated amount necessary to meet accruing interest
on outstanding-vouchers issued against uncollected installments of
such assessments,�and the amount by which the assessment shall be
abated,�/are as follows:
Total Assessment: $356,899.88
Public Benefit $ 59,552.14
Private Property 297,347.74
Total Cost of Improvement: $327,544.49
Reserve for Deficiency and
Interest $ 9,965.39
Total Cost including Reserve -$337,509.86
Amount to be Abated to Public
Benefit•Fund $ 19,390.00

2. The above described local improvement is accepted by
this Board as completed in substantial compliance with the Ordinance
provided therefor.
3: The amount assessed in Special Assessment No. 107
shall be abated by the amount above specified for such assessment.
Such amount of abatement shall be.applied to reduce the assessment
against the Village for public benefit and such reduction shall be
spread over each of the remaining seven (7) installments hereinafter
falling due in said assessment, to reduce each installment to a
total of $3,000.00.
4. The Village Attorney is authorized to prepare and to
file in the Circuit Court of the Ninteenth Judicial.Circuit of Lake
County, Illinois, the Certificate of this Board as to the completion
of the work in the above numbered special assessment, and he shall
procure an adjudication with respect to such Certificate, as pro-
vided by law.

and acting Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook
Counties, Illinois, and as such is Secretary of the Board of Local
Improvements, and that the foregoing is a true and accurate copy of a
resolution entitled "A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE COMPLETION AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE IMPROVEMENT COVERED BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 106 ",
passed by the President and Board of Local Improvements of the said
Village at a meeting thereof held on August 2, 1971, all as appears
in the records and files of my office.

The Board of Local Improvements of Petitioner, Village of
Deerfield, Illinois, presents herewith its Certificate of the final
completion and acceptance of the work required in the construction
of the above - described improvement, and of the cost thereof.
This Board makes application to the Court to consider and.
determine whether or not the facts stated in said Certificate are
true, and to set a time and place for a hearing on this application.

CERTIFICATE OF THE BOARD OF
LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS ON COMPLETION
OF WORK
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:
The Board of Local Improvements of the Village of Deerfield
certifies that the work on the above - described improvement made pur-
suant to the ordinance providing therefor, has been completed and
accepted by this Board; that the cost of said improvement, including
the cost of engineering services, and reserve to pay accruing interest
on Vouchers issued to anticipate collection of the assessment is
$337,509.88, that the total amount assessed for said improvement upon
the public and upon private property is $356,899.88, and that
$19,390 of said assessment should be abated.
The aggregate abatement of $19,390.00 is to be applied to
reduce the amount of the fourth through the tenth installments of
said assessment against the public, leaving such reduced installments
in the amounts of $3,000.00 each.
This Board certifies that the above- described improvement
conforms substantially to the requirements of the ordinance providing
for the construction of said improvement.
