O-69-16I ORDINANCE NO. 0 -69- 16 AN ORDINANCE NAMING HAMILTON LANE WHEREAS, a certain dedicated public street in the Village of Deerfield, namely that certain street extending north from Landis Lane approximately 150 feet and located in the Heaney - Galante �- Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 42 North, Range 12, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois, has not hitherto been named by the corporate authorities of the Village in accordance with the Ordinances thereof and the statutes of the State of Illinois; and WHEREAS, the residents of homes located thereon have duly petitioned the corporate authorities to name said street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That said dedicated public street hereinabove ONE: described be and the same is hereby designated and named "HAMILTON LANE ". SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and TWO: effect from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
