AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.507 OF
CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.507 of Chapter 20 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and it
is hereby further amended by adding the following:
20.507 Cab Stands - Bus Stands.
(c) The following location is hereby designated as a
Bus Stand:
1. Beginning at a point along the North curb line
of Deerfield Road ninety -nine (99) feet East of
the center line of Peterson Lane and extending
Westerly for a distance of sixty (60) feet.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
TWO: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
