AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.102
OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF DEERFIELD OF 1963,.AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 8.102 of Chapter 8 of the Municipal
ONE: Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, be and
the same is hereby further amended by adding the
following after the word "month" in the third line thereof:
"if there is any business to come before or be
conducted by the board, ".
SECTION That this Ordinance shall,be in full force and
TWO: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
