R-71-12RESOLUTION NO. 9-71 -12 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL ESTATE FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DEERFIELD., a banking institution, is the owner of certain real estate legally described as follows: That part of Lots 8 and 9 in the owner's first addition to Deerfield, being a subdivision of part of the North 1/2 of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal Meridian,described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of Waukegan Road'25.50 feet Southeasterly of the Northwesterly line of Lot 8; thence Northwesterly along the Easterly line of Waukegan Road 87.11 feet; thence continuing in a Northerly direction along the Easterly :line of Waukegan Road 47.80 feet to a point on the Northerly line of Lot 9; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Lot 9, 1.56 feet; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a circle convex to the Southwest and having a radius of 494.0 feet, 137.95 feet to the place of beginning, in Lake County, Illinois. and depicted upon the attached copy of a certain Plat of Dedication; and WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF DEERFIELD proposes to convey and dedicate the above - described real estate by means of said Plat of Dedication to the Village of Deerfield for street and highway purposes. NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that the Village of Deerfield does hereby accept the conveyance and dedication of the above - described real estate as and for street and highway purposes.
