AN ORDINANCE AMENDING�ORDINANCE NO. 200
. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE.AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section VII of Ordinance'No. 200, entitled "An
ONE: Ordinance Classifying and Grading Positions in the
Village of Deerfield and Establishing Corresponding
Salary'Ranges to be Paid These Positions ", as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by striking the sum of $1,500.00
therein set forth as the salary for the Village Clerk, and sub-
stituting in lieu thereof the sum of $3,000.00 as the salary for
said office.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be effective as of the date
TWO: of the qualification for office of the person elected
to the office of Village Clerk at the general municipal
election to. be held in the Village upon the third Tuesday of April,
1969.
SECTION The Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish this
THREE: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FOUR: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by statute.
