AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24.312
OF CHAPTER 24 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 24.312 of Chapter 24 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
be and it is hereby further amended by adding
the following at the end of said Section:
"It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
or corporation to discharge or cause to be dis-
charged any sanitary or industrial waste into
any storm sewer."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force
THREE: and effect from and after its passage, ap-
proval and publication as provided by law.
