A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL ESTATE
FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, DI PIETRO BUILDING, INC., an Illinois corporation,
is the owner of certain real estate legally described as follows:
The West 150 feet of the South 50 feet of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 43
North, Range 12 East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Lake County, Illinois
and depicted upon the attached copy of a certain Plat of Dedication;
and
WHEREAS, DI PIETRO BUILDING, INC. proposes to convey and
dedicate the above - described real estate by means of said Plat of.
Dedication to the Village of Deerfield for street and highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS that the Village of Deerfield does hereby accept the convey-
ance and dedication of the above - described real estate as and for
street and highway purposes.
