ORDINANCE NO. 0 -68- 49
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 0 -67 -56 ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE GRADING, PAVING,
DRAINING, AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING THE ROADWAY OF
HERTEL LANE AS EXTENDED FROM WILMOT ROAD TO CAROL
LANE, INCLUDING SIDEWALKS, WATER MAINS, SANITARY
AND STORM SEWERS,..IN THE VILLAGE.OF DEERFIELD,
LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
,SECTION Ordinance No. 0- 67 -56, entitled "AN ORDINANCE
ONE: PROVIDING FOR THE GRADING, PAVING,.DRAINING,
,AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING THE ROADWAY OF HERTEL
LANE AS EXTENDED FROM WILMOT ROAD TO CAROL LANE, INCLUDING
SIDEWALKS, WATER MAINS, SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS, IN THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS", hereto-
fore adopted by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Deerfield on .the 18th day of September, 1967, is amended by
amending SECTION TWO thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION The recommendation of the Board of
TWO: Local Improvements providing for
the improvement and the supplemental
cost thereof, made by the President of the
Board of Local Improvements, both hereto
attached and made a part hereof, be and the
same are hereby approved."
SECTION All other provisions of Ordinance No. 0 -67 -56
TWO: shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage and approval thereof.

FOR THE PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
AN ORDINANCE,PROVIDING'FOR A LOCAL IMPROVE-
MENT

We herewith submit an Ordinance Amending an Ordinance
providing for the making of a Local Improvement entitled as
follows:
"AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE GRADING, PAVING,
DRAINING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING THE ROADWAY
OF HERTEL LANE AS EXTENDED FROM WILMOT "GOAD TO
CAROL LANE, INCLUDING SIDEWALKS, WATER MAINS,
SANITARY AND STORM SEWERS, IN THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES.; ILLINOIS"
together with a Supplemental Estimate of the cost of said
Improvement and recommend the passage of said Ordinance and
the making of the Improvement contemplated thr.rein.
