AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27.1207
OF ARTICLE XII OF CHAPTER 27 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 27.12O7(b) of Article XII of Chapter 27
ONE: of the Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield
of 1963, as amended, be and it is hereby further
amended by striking and deleting the first and second sentences
thereof in their entireties.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is directed to publish this
TWO: Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE: from and after its passage, approval and publication,
as provided by law.
