AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.202
OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE'OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF PEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,.ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.202, entitled 'One- Way'Streets
ONE: of Alleys ", of Chapter 20 of the Municipal Code
of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is hereby further
amended by striking and deleting the present title and substituting
in lieu thereof the following: 'One -Way Streets or Alleys and
Vehicular Traffic Prohibited ", and by adding a new Subsection (d)
as follows:
(d) It shall be unlawful at any time to operate or
park any motor vehicle on High School Drive.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by. law.
