O-68-21b Lr I I ORDINANCE NO. 0 -68- 21 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOTS 22 & 23 in KING'S COVE SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, IRVIN A. BLIETZ has petitiondd for variations from the strict provisions of Section VI.C.1 and C.2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, passed May 4, 1953, as amended, to permit a variation in front yard and side yard re- quirements of one foot t*oeand one -half inches and one foot nine and one -half inches with respect to Lot 22 and nine inches with respect to Lot 23 in King's Cove Subdivision; and WHEREAS, pursuant to notice duly published as required by statute, a public hearing on said petition was held and conducted by the Zoning Board of:,Appeals of the Village of Deerfield; and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has filed with the President and Board of,�Trustees its written findings of fact and recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION That the findings of fact and recommendation-of ONE: the Zoning Board of Appeals is hereby concurred in and adopted as the findings of fact of the President and Board of Trustees. SECTION That there are practical difficulties and parti- TWO: cular hardship in the way of carrying out the strict letter of the provisions of the Zoning 06&inance of the Village of Deerfield as applied to Petitioner's property, which is legally described as follows: Lots 22 and 23 in King's Cove Subdivision, Lake County, Illinois. SECTION That a variation from the strict provisions THREE: of,Section VI.C.1 and C.2 of the Zoning Ordi- nance of the Villageof Deerfield, passed May 41 1953, as amended, with respect to the property hereinabove I t - 2 - described, is hereby granted so as to permit a front yard and side yard variation of one foot two and one -half inches and one foot nine and one -half inches respectively on Lot 22, and a front yard and side yard variation of nine inches on Lot 23. SECTION That the variations hereby granted are subject rOURB to the condition that there be compliance by the Petitioner with all other applicable ordinances of the Village. SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and FIVE: effect from and after its passage and approval, as provided by law.
