AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of
Deerfield, pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing
upon the request of the holder of record title of certain
property to rezone and reclassify said property, which is
hereafter described, from the R -1 One- Family District to the
R -4 One- Family Distr:bt;and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended
that the President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village so as to rezone and re-
classify the said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Village of
ONE: Deerfield included and made a part of the
Village of Deerfield Zoning Ordinance,
passed May 4, 1953, as amended, is hereby further amended by
rezoning and reclassifying the following described property
from the R -1 One- Family District to the R -4 One- Family District:
Lot "S" in Thorn Hill Ranch Estates, being a
Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of
Section 29, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, ac-
cording to the plat thereof, recorded
December 13, 1949, as Document 686957,
in Book 32 of Plats, page 8, in Lake County,
Illinois
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full
TWO: force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
