AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.511
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD OF 1963, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 20.511 of Article V of Chapter 20 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of the Village of Deerfield of 1963,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended
by adding at the end thereof the following:
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on the West side
of Kipling Avenue from the Southwest corner of the inter-
section of said avenue and Deerfield Road Southerly for
a distance of 626 feet between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and
4:00 P.M. every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith, are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
THREE: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
