AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963,
ONE: as amended, be and it is hereby further amended
by adding the following described locations
to the list of those therein set forth where parking is pro-
hibited:
On the east side of Waukegan Road from the south
line of Deerfield Road to a point 250 feet southerly
thereof and from the north line of Deerfield Road
to a point 205 feet northerly thereof; on the west
side of Waukegan Road from the south line of Deer-
field Road to a point 205 feet southerly thereof
and from the north line of Deerfield Road to a
point 250 feet northerly thereof.
On the north side of Deerfield Road from the east
line of Waukegan Road to a point 250 feet easterly
thereof and from the west line of Beerf=elc�-
to a point 180 feet westerly thereof; and on the
south side of Deerfield Road from the east line
of Waukegan Road to a point 180 feet easterly
thereof and from the west line of Waukegan Road
to a point 250 feet westerly thereof.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
TWO: publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
