AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V
OF CHAPTER 8 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Article V of Chapter 8 of the Municipal

Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is
hereby further amended by striking and repealing said Article
V of Chapter 8 in its entirety.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force

and effect from and after its passage and
approval as provided by law.
