BE IT 01;2DAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield that:
The County Clerk of Lake County and the County Clerk of
Cook County are hereby authorized and directed to abate the tax
of 4":11, 650.00 hitherto provided for and levied in the ordinance
providing for the issuance of One hundred seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($175,000.00) - -.lunicipal Building 3onds of the Village of
Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, p.::cs:-::ed August 1,3,
1956, a copy of which is filed with the County Clerk-:%
Thn Village of Deerfield has on hand sufficient funds to pay
the tax levied by the above - described ordinance for the fiscal year
com ?nencing ay 1, 1,68, and the levy of the tax provided in the
ordinance is unnecessary. Therefore the County Clerks are
directed to abate and not spread the said tax.
