AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, MAVER ROSSET and MAE ROSSET, his wife, as the
owners of the territory hereinafter described, have filed a
written petition under,,oath with the Village Clerk requesting
that said territory be annexed to the Village of Deerfield.;
and
WHEREAS, no electors reside within said territory;. and
WHEREAS, said territory is not within the corporate limits
of any municipality, but is contiguous to the Village of Deer-
field.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTXES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That all of the territory known and described
ONE: as follows:
Lot 5 in Derrland Park, Unit No. 1, a Subdivision of
part of the North East quarter of Section 30, Township
43 North, Range 12•,..East of the Third Principal Meridian,
according to'the plat thereof, recorded February 13,
1957, as Document 940547 in Book 1519 of Records, page
265, in Lake County, Illinois,
which territory is shown on an accurate map attached hereto and
made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby annexed to the
Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield
TWO: is hereby directed to file in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, a
copy of this ordinance, together with an accurate map of the
territory hereby annexed.
