AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.501
OF ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
.SECTION That Section 20.501 of Article V of Chapter 20 of the
ONE: Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding to the list of loca-
tions where parking is prohibited at any time as set forth in said
section, the following:
The north side of Deerfield Road from a point 99 feet east
of the center line of Petersen Lane westerly to the inter-
section of Deerfield Road and Petersen Lane.
Both sides of Kates Road for the entire length of said road.
SECTION The Village Manager shall post or cause to be posted
TWO: an appropriate sign or signs indicating that parking
is prohibited at any time in the areas designated in
Section One hereof.
SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
THREE: herewith, are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
FOUR: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
FIVE: from and after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law.
