ORDINANCE NO. 0- 681-7
AN ORDINANCE'AMENDING CHAPTER 22 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
ONE: amended, be and is hereby further amended by
amending Section 22.102 incorporating by re-
ference the National Building Code by adopt-
ing the following amendments to said National
Building Code.
Section 802.3b., page 100. Change to read
"The use of approved insulation is permitted
on top of the roof deck provided such insul-
ation is covered with a roof covering com-
plying with section 802.1 and applied di-
rectly thereto."

thereof. Such construction shall in all cases
extend not less than 12 inches beyond the ap-
pliance on all sides, and where solid fuel
is used shall extend not less than 18 inches
at the front or side where ashes are removed."
