ORDINANCE NO. 0 -68 -5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD (CLAVEY /RICHARDS PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
request of the owner of certain property proposed to be annexed
to the Village to zone or classify said property, which is here-
inafter described, in the R -1 -A One - Family District; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village to so zone and classify said property;
and
WHEREAS, said property has been duly annexed to the Village
of Deerfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Zoning Map of the Villageof Deerfield
ONE: included and made a part of the Village of Deer-
field Zoning Ordinance, passed May 4, 1953, as
amended, is hereby further amended by zoning and classifying the
following described property in the R -1 -A One- Family District:
The Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 (except the East
51 rods and except the West 9 rods thereof) and except
that part thereof taken for highway purposes, in Section
30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the Third
Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and

publication, as provided by law.
