ORDINANCE NO. 0 -67- 60
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.123 OF CHAPTER
9 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Section 9.123 of Chapter 9 of the Municipal Code
ONE: of the Village of Deerfield, as amended, be and the
same is hereby further amended by striking in its en-
tirety the paragraph following the Subdivision Filing
Fee Schedule, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Recording fees shall be paid in accordance
with the schedule of the Recorder's Office of Lake
or Cook County, plus 50% for service."
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to publish
TWO: this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
THREE; from and after its passage,.approval and publication,
as provided by law.
