AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
ONE: be and it is hereby further amended by deleting
Section 24.105A in its entirety and inserting in
place thereof the following:

*On lots which have been improved with sanitary and storm sewers
after December 18, 1961, there shall be no tapping or connection
charge, but the inspection fees as set forth in schedule above
shall be paid.
SECTION The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as amended,
TWO: be and it is hereby further amended by substituting
in the title to Section 24.105B the designation B4
in lieu of the designation B3.
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
T flict herewith, are, to the extent of such conflict,
hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
