ORDINANCE NO. 0 -67- 62
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD,'LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963,
ONE: as amended, be and is hereby further
amended by deleting in its entirety
Section 11.201 (b) and inserting the
following:
11.201(b) Residential - A deposit of Fifty Dollars
($50.00) for driveways not more than ten
(10) feet in width and Fifty Dollars
($50.00) for each additional ten (10)
feet shall be made for all driveways
where a curb exists. Upon completion
of the driveway and upon approval of
the Building Commissioner, such deposit,
less Ten Dollars ($10.00) for inspection
fees, shall be refunded. A Performance
Bond, plus inspection fees, may be sub-
mitted in lieu of the cash deposit set
forth above.
SE, CTION That all ordinances and parts of ordin-

extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby

in pamphlet form.
