ORDINANCE NO. 0-67-42
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.507 OF
CHAPTER 20 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION The Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963, as
ONE: amended, be and is hereby further amended
by deleting the following:
20.507 Cab Stands - Bus Stands.
(c) The following locations are hereby designated
as Bus Stands:
1. The sixty feet along the south curb line of
Deerfield Road beginning at a point ninety -
four feet east of the southeast intersection
of the Deerfield and Waukegan Road curb
lines.
2. The sixty feet along the north curb line on
Deerfield Road beginning at a point approxi-
mately one hundred and sixty feet west of the
northwest intersection of the Waukegan and
Deerfield Road curb lines.
SECTION This ordinance shall be in full force and
TWO: effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication as provided by law.

SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed
THREE: to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet form.
