AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the First National Bank of Highland Park, as
Trustee under Trust No. 932, as the holder of record title
to the territory hereinafter described, has filed a written
petition under oath with the Village Clerk requesting that
the said territory be annexed to the Village of Deerfield;
and
WHEREAS, no electors reside within said territory; and
WHEREAS, said territory is not within the corporate limits
of any municipality, but is contiguous to the Village of Deer-
field.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That all of the territory known and described
ONE: as follows:
Lots 1 and 4 in Derrland Park Unit No. 1 Subdivision,
Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12, East of the
Third Principal Meridian, Lake County, Illinois,
which territory is shown on an accurate map attached hereto and
made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby annexed to the
Village of.Deerfield, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois.
SECTION That the Village Clerk of the Village of Deerfield
TWO: is hereby directed to file in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Lake County, Illinois, a copy
of this Ordinance, together with an accurate map of the territory
hereby annexed.

SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage and approval,
as provided by I -w.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 -1 -1 of the Illinois
Municipal Code, as amended, (Chapter 24, Illinois Revised Statutes
1965) you are hereby notified that the owner of the properties
hereinafter described has petitioned the corporate authorities of
the Village of Deerfield to annex said real estate to sold muni-
cipality. You are further notified that at their regular meeting
to be held on July It 1967, the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Deerfield, pursuant'to and in accordance with their

PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF TERRITORIES
TO THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
Petitioner, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF HIGHLAND PARK, a
national banking association, as Trustee under the provisions
of a Trust Agreement dated August 11, 1966 and known as Trust
Number 932, being first duly sworn upon oath deposes and says:
1) It hereby petitions that the hereinafter des-
cribed territories be annexed into the Village of Deerfield.
2) It is the record owner of the following two
territories, to -wit:
PARCEL A: Lot 4 in Derrland Park, Unit No. 1,
a subdivision of part of the North East quar-
ter of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range
12, East of the 3rd P.M., according to the
plat thereof, recorded February 13, 1957 as
Document 940547 in Book 1519 of Records,
page 265, in Lake County, Illinois.
PARCEL B: Lot 1 in Derrland Park, Unit No. 1,
a subdivision of part of the North East quar-
ter of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range
12, East of the 3rd P.M., according to the
plat thereof, recorded February 13, 1957 as
Document 940547 in Book 1519 of Records,
page 265, in Lake County, Illinois.
3) That said territories are not within the corpor-
ate limits of any municipality.
4) That said territories are contiguous to the
Village of Deerfield.
5) That said territories have no electors residing
therein.
