On behalf of the Chamber and all its members, thank you for your investment in our local businesses. The financial assistance the Village of Deerfield has provided the DBR Chamber of Commerce in the past has helped us to provide the support and assistance needed to support Deerfield's residents, businesses and visitors. In the current economic times, it is imperative that we do all we can to further educate our residents and the surrounding areas of all we have to offer local and to support our businesses through education and marketing. Although we were unable to perform many of our normal activities in the last year, you can see from the attached Year in Review, our organization provided so many essential services to the business community. It is therefore our hope that as part of the 2021 budget, the Village of Deerfield will approve a line item to continue this worthwhile funding. As the year progresses and the guidelines changes, so will our programming and partnerships with the Village of Deerfield. As part of this year funding we have included the Community Text Program in the amount of $7800.00. Our total funding request including the text program is $38,597.00. Vicki Street or I would be happy to answer any questions you or the Board of Trustees may have regarding these initiatives. Please feel free to contact Vicki Street at (847) 945-4660.
