AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the-Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
subject of a certain amendment to the Municipal Code of the
Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
corporate authorities amend said Municipal Code as hereinafter
provided:
NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
'OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
-SECTION That the Municipal Code of Deerfield of 1963,
ONE: as amended, be and the same is hereby further
amended by adding at the end. of the second Para -
graph of Section 9.114 of Chapter 9 thereof the following:
"In all cases where variations from the provisions and
standards of this Chapter are requested by the owner
or recommended by the Plan Commission, the Plan Com-
mission shall specify such variations with particularity
in its written recommendations to the Board of Trustees:"
SECTION That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
TWO: conflict herewith, are, to the extent of such
conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
THREE: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
