ORDINANCE NO.' 0-67 :3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION V
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
subject matter of a certain amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Deerfield; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
corporate authorities amend said Zoning Ordinance as hereinafter
provided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That Subsection 4 of Section V of the Zoning
ONE: Ordinance of the Village of Deerfield, Illinois,
passed May 4, 1953, as amended, be and the same
is hereby further amended by striking said subsection in its
entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
4. No building or structure shall be erected, con-
verted, enlarged, reconstructed or structurally altered
except on a lot as herein defined which complies with
the minimum area and width regulations of the district
in which such lot is located; provided, that this pro-
vision shall not apply to the following:
(a) A building or structure for which a conditional
use permit has been duly granted under the provisions
of this ordinance.
(b) A building or structure on a lot which is part
of a subdivision, the plat of which has been duly
approved by the Board of Trustees and recorded sub-
sequent to the effective date of this amendment.

SECTION That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
TWO: in conflict herewith, are, to the extent of
such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION That the Village Clerk is hereby directed.to
THREE: publish this ordinance in pamphlet form.
SECTION That this ordinance shall be in full force and
FOUR: effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
