RESOLUTION NO. R -70- 11
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIVE
COVENANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD AND'VALENTI SAUGANASH ESTATES,INC.
WHEREAS, VALENTI SAUGANASH ESTATES, INC., heretofore
at the request of the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Deerfield, imposed certain restrictions on the use and
development of the real estate described in the attached Exhibit
and commonly known as Deerbrook Shopping Center (Phase I); and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after due
and,careful consideration have concluded that the best interests
of the Village will be served by modifying said restrictions on
the development of said real estate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND'COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION That the Amendment to Restrictive Covenant
ONE: Agreement between the Village of Deerfield
and Valenti Sauganash Estates, Inc., attached
hereto and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION That the President and Clerk of the Village of
TWO: Deerfield are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
Village of Deerfield.
