ORDINANCE NO. 0 -66 -4z
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE
OF DEERFIELD (CLAVEY PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Deerfield,
pursuant to proper notice, has held a public hearing upon the
request of the owner of certain property proposed to be annexed
to the Village to zone or classify Parcel A of said property,
which is hereinafter described, in the "R -1" One- Family District,
and Parcel B'of said property in the "R-2" One - Family District; and
WHEREAS, the said Plan Commission has recommended that the
President and Board of Trustees amend the Zoning Map of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village to so zone and classify said property;
and
WHEREAS, said property has been duly annexed to the Village
of Deerfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:

PARCEL A (R -1 One- Family District):
That part of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 12,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying west of

the east 9 acres thereof and east of the east line of the
Illinois Toll Road Parcel T- 11 -A -50 and north and east
of Toll Road Parcel T -11 -A -50.3;
also
The east 9 acres of the southwest quarter of the southeast
quarter of 'Section 30, aforesaid;
also
The west 4.50 acres of the southeast quarter of the south-
east quarter of Section 30, aforesaid.
PARCEL B (R -2 One- Family District):
The east 10 acres of the west 20 acres of the south half
of the north half of the southeast quarter of Section 30,
aforesaid (except that part taken for Toll Road), all in
Lake County, Illinois.
SECTION That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
