Granting Zoning Variations
WHEREAS, the question of granting the following variations
was referred to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village, and
the said Board of Appeals held a public hearing thereon after
due notice as required by law, and made its recommendations to
this Village Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, that:
Variations are hereby granted from the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance to permit the parking or storing of a truck or
other commercial vehicle used in.connection with the occupation
of the residence thereon or for transportation from such premises
to and from the place of work of the occupant hereinafter named:
