RECLASSIFICATION OF'BUDGET FOR VEHICLE LICENSE TRANSFER
WHEREAS the budget fot the year ended April 30, 1970
provided for transfer.of 25% of the budget, or $20,000.00, to
the general fund to defray the expense of police activity, in
accordance with State statutes permitting 35% for such purpose,
and whereas:
Road conditions in the Village require greater maintenance,
and whereas:
The general fund has received funds from new sources
not previously anticipated, now
Therefore, be it resolved by the Mayor and Board of
Trustees, that the budget provision of $20,000.00 to be transferred
to the general fund, is hereby rescinded, and that all of such
revenue shall accrue to the Street and Bridge Fund.
