O-63-05AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE
UNDER THE ZONING ORDINANCE
Whereas the question of granting the following
conditional use was referred to the plan commission after
application therefore, and the said commission held a
public hearing on the question after due notice and
submitted its recommendation to this board, now therefore:
Be it ordained by the president and board of trustees
of the Village of Deerfield that:
1. The findings of fact contained in the report dated
January 4, 1963, relative to the conditional use herein-
after referred to, are hereby adopted and made a part of
this ordinance.
2. A conditional use is hereby granted to permit the
construction and use of a church and accessory buildings on
the premises known as 1250-Waukegan Road subject tq the
conditions contained in the report and recommendation of the
plan commission above described.
