O-63-02ORDINANCE NO. 0-63-2
Be it ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Deerfield, Lake and Cook
Counties, Illinois, that:
That portion_of Deerfield Road originally dedicated
which lies south of the present right of way of Deer-
field Road, shown on the attached plat, fronting on
the premises known as 45 Deerfield Road, be and the
same is hereby vacated. Provided that the village
retains the right to maintain, repair,restore or
replace any sewer, water or other mains, and any
other municipal utilities existing thereon and that
the right to maintain, repair, restore or replace
any existing poles, wires or conduits thereon shall
not be affected by this vacation .
