BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, that:
1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on Deer-
field Road between Rosemary Terrace and the East Village
Limits of the Village.
2. It shall be unlawful to permit the discharge of
any sanitary sewage or industrial waster into any storm
water sewer, ditch or drain in the Village.
3. No permit shall be issued for the construction of a
new driveway on to, Deerfield Road between Rosemary Terrace
and the East Village Limits of the Village unless the Divis-
ion of Highways of the Department of Public Works and Build-
ings of the State of Illinois has consented to the construc-
tion of such driveway.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five Dollars
nor more than Two Hundred Dollars for each offense,* and a
separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day dur-
ing or on which a violation occurs or continues.
