A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE CONSENT
TO THE VACATION OF THE PARK VIEW
SUBDIVISION IN THE VILLAGE OF
DEERFIELD, ILLINOIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, LAKE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION This Board does hereby consent to allow the
ONE:
following described Subdivision, entitled,
"The Park View Subdivision" to be vacated in accordance with the
requirements of law for vacating the same:
"The Park View Subdivision, being a Subdivision of
the East ten (10) acres of the West twenty (20)
acres of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the South-
east Quarter of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range
12, East of the Third Principal Meridian (except
for that part condemned by the Illinois State Toll
Highway Commission in Case No. 14089 in the Circuit
Court of Lake County, Illinois) in Lake County,
Illinois."
SECTION The President of this Village and the Village
TWO:
Clerk are herein authorized to execute the
Consent of this Village upon any plat of vacation or other written
instrument submitted in accordance with statutory requirements for
the vacation of the above mentioned Subdivision.

to consent to the vacation of the Park View Subdivision by
the Deerfield Park District. The District has now passed a
resolution vacating that subdivision, a copy of which is

consents on the form enclosed herewith, returning the same

as so authorized by resolution of the President and Board of
Trustees of said Village do hereby by our respective signatures
below execute the Consent of the Village of Deerfield to the
vacation of the plat of the described subdivision. entitled:

RESOLUTION OF. BOARD OF PARK COMB ?ISSIONERS
OF-THE DEERFIELD PARK DISTRICT TO VACATE
THE PLAT OF THE PARK VIEW SUBDIVISION IN
THE VILLAGE OF DEERFIELD, DEERFIELD,'ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Deerfield Park District now owns the prop-
erty known as.the Park View Subdivision, Deerfield, Illinois.as
acquired by deed dated May 23, 1969 and recorded on August 7,
1969 and as set forth on a plat of subdivision recorded on
December 8, 1966, document no. 1324353, in Book 44 of Plats,
Page. 12, in Lake County, Illinois, a copy of which plat is
attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of said Park District
deems it to be in the best interest of said Park District that
the plat of said subdivision as hereto attached be vacated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED-that
the plat of subdivision recorded on December. 8, 196.6, document
no. 1324353, in Book 44 of Plats, Page 12, in Lake County,
Illinois, is hereby declared to be and now is vacated.
