ORDINANCE CREATING OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL JUSTICE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Beard of Trustees
of the Village of Deerfield, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois,
that:
There is hereby created the office of Municipal Justice
for the Village of Deerfield. The Municipal Justice shall have
such jurisdiction, powers and duties as are prescribed by statute.
